In purchasing a character design from me and paying their invoice, the client confirms that they agree to the following

Terms of Use for Designs

• Payment takes place via PayPal invoice and refunds are not possible. Buyers must be 18+ years old and own the PayPal account used to pay. If the invoice isn't paid within 48 hours, the design may be sold to someone else.​
• The client may edit or change the design freely at any time, but they may not edit the content of the original artwork as it is subject to my main TOS. If edits to the original art are desired, this can be arranged for a fee.​
• The client may upload the original design artwork to online galleries or social media and crop work to use as an icon as long as my signature remains readable, as per the main TOS.

• Design credit isn't necessary when posting artwork of the design by other artists, though the client may not claim the design as their work alone, regardless of the extent of any edits or design changes.
• My designs may not be cloned, for example, by creating a sibling for the character with a heavily inspired or copied design, and they may not be made into species, open or closed. Designs may, however, be transferred to any open or closed species.
• Should character designs receive backstories or personalities, they mustn't be characterised to condone anything relating to fascism, racism, homo-/transphobia etc, and mustn't appear in realistic military or police apparel. If you are unsure about an idea, please feel free to ask me. Basically, dark and evil is fine, just don't get fashy with it, please.
• The client may sell any designs for a price less than or equal to the original purchase price plus the cost of any additional artwork. Designs may be gifted or traded for non-monetary goods or services freely. If multiple forms for the design have been created, they must be transferred to a new owner together. I must be informed when a design changes hands, and any new owners must be made aware of these terms.
• By default, designs may not be used in any commercial venues such as advertisements, business logos, or merchandise. If commercial use is desired, terms for this use can be arranged separately with me.​​​
• None of my designs are ever to be used in association with NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchaintechnology, or generative AI, whether featured in my art or that of others.
